During the SAHA EXPO 2026 International Defence & Aerospace Exhibition, Maritime Montering signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ÖZATA Shipyard to explore collaboration in naval and military shipbuilding projects in the Türkiye market.
The MoU outlines a shared ambition to develop cooperation across naval platform projects, with a focus on integrating Maritime Montering’s interior outfitting capabilities into ÖZATA’s advanced shipbuilding programs. It reflects both parties’ commitment to combining local shipbuilding excellence with international interior outfitting expertise to deliver high-performance naval solutions. 
Building on a successful track record in civil shipbuilding projects, the cooperation will be driven by Maritime Montering’s local subsidiary in Türkiye, strengthening the Group’s regional presence in the naval segment while leveraging its global expertise in marine interior solutions.
