Maritime Montering enhances onboard comfort through underfloor heating solutions via exclusive cooperation with LK Systems
Maritime Montering, a global leader in turnkey ship accommodation, proudly announces its entry into the marine heating segment through a strategic and exclusive partnership with LK Systems. This important milestone further expands the company’s comprehensive portfolio of ship interior solutions – now including innovative underfloor heating systems designed to enhance onboard comfort, energy efficiency, and system safety.
From interior design and furniture production to full accommodation outfitting, Maritime Montering is known for delivering high quality comfort to life at sea. With the addition of advanced ship heating systems, the Group strengthens its position as a complete solutions partner for shipbuilders worldwide. 
The newly introduced solutions include:
• Underfloor water heating
• Tap water and radiator heating systems
• Wet unit integration
• External deck heating options
• Complete engineering and design integration
Unlike retrofitted systems, these heating solutions are planned from the outset, integrated directly into the vessel’s design and construction. The offering includes a comprehensive engineering package, full incorporation into building material drawings, and safety-enhanced designs such as pipe-in-pipe technology, watertight cabinets, and “collision engineering” for maximum durability at sea.
All products are developed and manufactured at LK Systems’ advanced production facilities, drawing on over 40 years of expertise in hydronic heating. The system enables even heat distribution, supports lower supply temperatures, and significantly reduces energy use and operational costs – with an estimated savings of 3.5 million kWh over a 10-year period.
