Technical Sales Manager

Are you an experienced sales manager with a passion for the maritime industry?

Maritime Montering Poland is looking for a technical sales manager to lead our sales efforts and lift us
to new heights in ship accommodation. We specialize in offering various services, including insulation
work, furnishing, wet units and much more for ships and shipyards. As our new Technical Sales Manager,
you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and expanding our market reach.

Technical Sales Manager duties
• Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets for Poland
and selective markets
• Identify and nurture important customer relationships and cultivate long-term partnerships
• Sales and technical calculations
• Sales management including tender process and contract management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation
• Keep up to date on industry trends and market dynamics to promote innovation and
• Provide insight and recommendations to the management team to shape our business strategy
• The position requires travel to visit shipyards, shipowners and relevant industrial network
• Create a position for Maritime Montering’s brand in the maritime industry

Key qualifications
• Documented results as a sales manager, preferably within the maritime industry
• Good understanding of shipbuilding, accommodation and associated services
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / technical education
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Language qualifications: Fluent Polish and English business level
