Coordinator – Ship Interiors & Insulation

Maritime Montering is looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our growing team in Romania.

Location: Romania, with international travel depending on project locations

The Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient planning and coordination of insulation and interior finishing works, ensuring smooth execution and effective collaboration between teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience coordinating naval or civil interior and insulation works
• Technical degree in naval engineering or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SharePoint and Windows
• Intermediate English – written and spoken
• Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to analyse and synthesize information
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Experience in a similar position or within the marine industry is an advantage
