Aftersales and Sales Coordinator

Job Description
As an Aftersales & Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in handling material- and interior-related aftersales inquiries, supporting intercompany sales activities. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate system registration, structured follow-up, and professional communication.
This role suits a person who thrives in a technical and operational environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a structured way.
Key Responsibilities
Aftersales Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries related to products, materials, and components for our service segment
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve cases
- Ensure timely and professional customer communication
- Maintain aftersales records and contribute to process improvements where needed
Sales Support Responsibilities
- Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and documentation
- Register and maintain data in reports, CRM, and ERP systems
- Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales-related documentation
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure a smooth sales process
Qualifications
- Experience from technical, maritime, interior, or manufacturing industries (an advantage)
- Technically oriented and able to understand product and material specifications
- Strong skills in systems work and digital tools (ERP/CRM experience is an advantage)
- Structured, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Language Requirements
- Good Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
