Aftersales and Sales Coordinator

Location: Bjørvikstranda, Sunnfjord (Norway)

Job Description

As an Aftersales & Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in handling material- and interior-related aftersales inquiries, supporting intercompany sales activities, and ensuring effective coordination between our Norwegian and Polish offices. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring accurate system registration, structured follow-up, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Aftersales Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries related to products, materials, and components for our service segment
  • Coordinate suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to resolve cases
  • Ensure timely and professional customer communication
  • Maintain aftersales records and contribute to process improvements where needed

Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost calculations, quotations, and documentation
  • Register and maintain data in reports, CRM, and ERP systems
  • Assist with reporting, forecasting, and sales-related documentation
  • Coordinate internal communication to ensure a smooth sales process

Cross-Office Collaboration

  • Work as a shared resource between the Norwegian and Polish sales departments
  • Coordinate daily activities with both teams and participate in relevant meetings
  • Ensure common standards and routines across offices

Qualifications

  • Experience from technical, maritime, interior, or manufacturing industries (an advantage)
  • Technically oriented and able to understand product and material specifications
  • Strong skills in systems work and digital tools (ERP/CRM experience is an advantage)
  • Structured, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Language Requirements

  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Norwegian and/or Polish is an advantage
