Marine Outfitting Personnel
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to expand our team with skilled marine outfitting personnel to support our ongoing projects. This includes experienced insulators, carpenters, and flooring workers. As part of our team, you will play an important role in the installation, assembly, and finishing of ship interiors, working closely with an experienced project team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out installation and assembly work according to drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
- Follow HSE requirements and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Report progress and any issues to supervisors or project managers.
Key Qualifications
- Relevant trade certificate (carpentry/fitter, insulator, flooring installer, or similar) – extensive experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
