Project Engineer (Field) – Maritime Montering Turkey

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in overseeing field operations, supporting technical teams, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating closely with our clients and shipyards. If you’re motivated by hands-on project work and team leadership, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities

Location: Yalova, Turkiye

Oversee and coordinate the execution of:
- Insulation works
- Floating floors and concrete
- Wall/ceiling panels and doors
- Prefabricated wet unit installations
- Top flooring (vinyl, ceramic, epoxy, etc.)
- Furniture and woodwork installations
- Galley equipment setup
- Curtain and decorative product application
Ensure protection of finished areas and conduct quality checks
Provide technical support to foremen and site teams
Collaborate with shipyard accommodation personnel
Participate in project meetings with shipowners and shipyard representatives
Report progress and issues to the Project Manager

What We’re Looking For

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Background in shipbuilding or marine-related disciplines
University degree in Shipbuilding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Technology, Interior Architecture, or related fields
Proven experience managing teams and field operations
Fluent in English (preferred)
Skilled in MS Office; experience with project tools is a plus
High sense of responsibility and attention to safety
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
